Safety Moment

Safety Moment: Construction has one of the highest suicide rates of any industry in the United States — nearly four times the national average. Women in construction often face added stressors, including isolation on jobsites, workplace bias, and balancing caregiving responsibilities at home.  Mental health is a safety issue. This month, we’re sharing crisis resources and support options for women in our industry. If you or someone on your crew is struggling, help is available — and asking for it is a sign of strength.
